Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was elected on a platform that couldn’t be more different from President Trump. The young prime minister is relaxed about open borders, leans to the left socially, and has invited refugees from Muslim countries.
Even though President Trump’s political views are on the opposite end of the spectrum, Mr. Trudeau recently spoke with CTV and had nothing but praise for the 45th President of the United States.
“Donald Trump has demonstrated that he’s a bit of a disruptive force. He does unpredictable things,” Trudeau said. “He’s a deal-maker. He’s a negotiator.”
The U.S. president does not have to apologize for America’s greatness like Barack Obama was prone to do! Trump is respected by other world leaders and that makes them optimistic about dealing with the straight-talking president.
“The thing that reassures me fundamentally is he got elected on a commitment to help people, to make America great again,” Trudeau said. “The way to help those people is to bring in trade deals and jobs and economic growth that is going to help.”
Check it out, per BizPac Review:
Trudeau said he respects that Trump is trying to follow through on his promise to “make America great again,” in much the same way that he wants to help Canada.
Trudeau made the gushing remarks even as Trump appears ready to abandon NAFTA (which would crush Canada’s economy).
It’s unclear how much of a strain the barrage of poor, low-skilled illegal aliens will affect Canada’s economy and society. But it will. Just look at how Europe is buckling under the pressure of its unprecedented Muslim refugee crisis.
U.S. Border Patrol agents reacted by saying if illegals want to go to Canada, that’s fine with them. “Our mission isn’t to prevent people from leaving,” said one agent.
Meanwhile, it would be nice if all the “celebrities” who vowed to move to Canada once Trump got elected would also leave.
It’s possible that Trudeau is changing his anti-Trump stance because of the immigration situation in Canada. That country is now being overrun with illegal immigrants who are leaving the United States as a result of Trump’s tough policies.
There are literally hundreds and hundreds of illegal aliens from Syria, Haiti, Congo, and other impoverished third-world nations streaming across the Canadian border every single day. These illegals desperately hope that Canada’s relaxed policies will allow them free housing and other public assistance.
