Fed Judge Reveals Sick Thing Obama DOJ Did to Nevada Rancher — Frees Him of All Charges!

The unjust legal harassment of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his two sons by federal agents has finally been resolved and the Bundy’s came out on top in a big way, reports the Independent Journal Review (IJR).

The episode, which starts way back in 1993, exploded in 2014, when armed officials from Obama’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) trespassed onto Bundy property in order to confiscate his cattle as collateral for $1 million owed in legal fees stemming from a 20 year courtroom battle Bundy was waging against a federal government that had stolen his land to protect the ‘endangered desert tortoise’.

As an army of militant agents descended on the ranch, Cliven and his sons grabbed their guns and a 41 day stand-off ensued. The BLM tried to wrangle up some of the Bundy’s cattle, but backed off after numerous supporters and a militia group came to Bundy’s aid.

Instead, the government filed suit in 2017, but that too has now failed.

IJR writes that on “Dec. 20, [U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro] declared a mistrial, noting there were multiple pieces of evidence the U.S. Attorney’s Office failed to share that would have been helpful to the defense and could have altered the trial’s outcome.”

The judge noted that such a failure was a clear violation of due process (cue the federal officials screwing up their faces in confusion) and made a “fair trial at this point is impossible.”

The news had the Los Angeles Times whining in its headline, “Why can’t the federal government win convictions against Cliven Bundy and his family?”

Maybe, because in some areas of this country, justice is still immune from the prevarications of a greedy central government?

Let that noble idea sink in L.A. Times.

What do you think? Did Obama unfairly target the Bundy’s?
